The Critical Theory Workshop is an international school for trans-disciplinary, cross-cultural and committed research. As a non-profit educational institution, it seeks to bring affordable education with real use-value to a broad public by offering seminars and symposiums in Philadelphia, online courses, a summer workshop in Paris, as well as a video archive of select events as a free educational resource. Symposium in Philadelphia and Online
4/2/20 – 4/3/20 (This event has been postponed until fall 2020)
In collaboration with the “Counter-History and Theory” working group at the University of Pennsylvania, the Critical Theory Workshop will host a free, public symposium on 4/3/20 with Ania Loomba, William I. Robinson and Raúl Zibechi, moderated by Jennifer Ponce de León. The symposium will open on 4/2/20 with a presentation by Randy Williams on the commons and a reading of one of Ricardo Bracho’s plays.
